By using this registration form you agree that photographs taken during the conference may be published on the conference website.
To register please fill in the following form. The fee includes access to scientific session, conference material and coffee breaks.

Cancellation regulations
If participants cancel before April 19, 2014 they will be refunded 70% of the registration fee. After April 19, 2014 no refunds will be made.
